1. Overview
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Pro Hair Extensions Boutique via our website.
2. Products & Descriptions
We take care to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary depending on screen settings. All hair extensions are for cosmetic use and should be applied following appropriate guidance.
3. Payment
We accept payments via credit/debit card, Klarna, and other secure checkout options. Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. UK standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. Delays beyond our control (e.g. couriers, weather) are not our liability.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for unused, unopened items in original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, worn or opened hair extensions cannot be returned.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
